Niara is a Program Coordinator at Girls Group. Having earned her BSW from Oakland University, Niara is passionate about empowering young women to recognize their worth and build confidence and resilience that shines from within. Before joining Girls Group, Niara worked with Communities in Schools of Michigan, coordinating K-6 after-school programs and providing one-on-one case management. With extensive experience in education, she has also served as a paraprofessional, supporting at-risk youth and offering essential guidance to foster academic and personal growth.
