Valentina joined Girls Group in Middle School, and proudly graduated 8th grade this month! When asked about her accomplishment, she shared “I feel very proud that I made it through. There were many times I just wanted to give up but I made it and could never be more excited for everything to come.”
Valentina is looking forward to her summer with Girls Group. Summer programs will include 7 weeks of daily programming including Life Skills, Creative Expression, Book Club, Career Exploration, and Health and Wellness programming. “I am excited to build new relationships with people and stay connected with them through Girls Group!”
In the fall, Valentina looks forward to starting high school and enjoying the new experience that it will bring. “Being in high school generally allows way more room for opportunity… I’m happy I’ll have people to talk to when I start,” she shared.
